OKLAHOMA CITY -- The National Weather Service has confirmed at least three tornadoes have touched down in Oklahoma but apparently caused little damage.
The Weather Service says one tornado was located near the town of Kansas in southern Delaware County. County emergency management director Robert Real reports no damage and says any tornado didn't stay on the ground long.
Weather Service forecaster Mike Teague in Tulsa says that storm moved into Arkansas and touched down briefly near Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport near Highfill, causing some damage.
Another tornado has been confirmed near Mason in Okfuskee County, but county emergency management director Bill Elliott says he's received no reports of damage.
At least one tornado has touched down between Byars and Stratford in south-central Oklahoma.
Several powerlines and tree limbs were knocked down in Byars, prompting one road closure.
A Stratford man also reported damage to his property.
