OKLAHOMA CITY -- Another delay in the murder case against a man accused of killing his 8-year-old cousin.
James Daukei Jr. faces charges of first-degree murder after allegedly confessing to stabbing his younger cousin, Rosalin Reynolds, several times in the chest last March.
Daukei was set to be formally arraigned Thursday, but his attorney withdrew from the case. Now his arraignment is set for November 2011.
