We're following the latest in the trials against a foster mother convicted of child abuse and a prison warden's wife guilty of helping an inmate escape prison. The women will hear their punishments on Monday.

Amy Holder will stand before a Logan County judge, and Bobby Parker will be sentenced by a Greer County judge.

Holder could walk away writing a $5,000 check, and Parker could be sent to prison.

Two trials, two women, both have captured Oklahoma's attention.

The first takes us to Mangum. In September, a jury found Bobby Parker guilty of helping convicted killer Randolph Dial escape from prison17 year ago.

Parker was living on prison grounds with her prison warden husband's family at the time. She claims Dial kidnapped her and held her hostage, but a jury didn't buy the story.

They deliberated for two days before convicting her, and recommended Parker be sentenced to one year in prison.

Miles away, Amy Holder will most likely not see prison time. But it's not stopping the family of two-year-old Naomi Whitecrow from campaigning on the steps of the state capitol for a harsher punishment.

"We want justice. It's what we're looking for in all this," said Debby Whitecrow, Naomi's aunt.

Holder was Naomi's foster mother. The child died in her care in 2009. A Logan County jury found Holder guilty of child abuse and recommended she be fined $5,000.

Holder's attorney said she is ready to pay the fine at Monday's sentencing.

The Cheyenne Araphaho Tribes are fighting for justice for Naomi. Tribal members plan to be at Holder's formal sentencing.

We'll have a crew in Mangum and in Logan County for the sentencings. Be sure to watch for the latest Monday on News 9 and News9.com.
