Seminole County Woman Found Dead In Home Identified

Investigators continue following leads in what they call a murder-robbery.

Police say 83-year-old Jessie Ward was found Wednesday, December 28, inside her home in Sasakwa.

The Seminole County Sheriff's Office says she had been shot several times and at least two guns were taken from her home.

So far, no arrests have been made but the sheriff says they are looking into several "people of interest."
