Former OBU Professor Accused Of Child Porn To Appear In Court Tuesday

A man accused of receiving images of naked and half-naked Oklahoma school children is scheduled to be in court Tuesday.

Gary Doby, a former Oklahoma Baptist University professor, is fighting extradition from Pennsylvania back to Oklahoma.

A class of students in McLoud, Oklahoma knew Doby as "Uncle G." Prosecutors  said their teacher, Kimberly Crain, would have students Skype with him in their classroom.

Prosecutors said Crain sent Doby lewd pictures of several of the girls in her class. Some pictures were taken in her classroom, others at her home.

Both Crain and Doby are charged with manufacturing and possessing child pornography. Crain is also charged with lewd molestation.

Crain is scheduled to be back in court at the beginning of March, when a judge will decide if there's enough evidence to go to trial.

Crain is being held on a $1 million bond. She asked for it to be lowered, but a judged denied that request.
