News 9 has learned the Del City mother of three children killed in 2011 in an RV fire will enter a blind plea before a judge on Friday, May 4.
The trial for both Stephanie Dunham and her husband, Christopher, was set to start Monday, May 7. Their children Christopher, 4, Crystal, 3, and Kaylee, 1, were killed in a fire on January 4, 2011. Police said their investigation revealed Stephanie Dunham was not in the RV when the fire broke out, and the door to the mobile home had been locked. She also tested positive for meth at the time of the fire, and drug paraphernalia was found inside the RV.
Both the assistant district attorney handling the case and Stephanie Dunham's own attorney confirmed the young mother will allow a judge to determine her sentence. She will plead guilty to the nine counts of drug and child neglect charges she faces.

Christopher Dunham is still expected to go on trial.
News 9 obtained a copy of the defense witness list for Christopher Dunham. It showed all the witnesses his attorney could call during the course of the trial. It included neighbors, close friends and family members; all are expected to testify Dunham was a doting, loving and hardworking father who did not abuse drugs.
The witness list also included co-workers and convenience store clerks who are expected to say the children always seemed happy, healthy and well taken care of when they were with their father.
The list also stated Dunham's boss is willing to testify the young father passed both his drug tests.
Christopher Dunham's attorney is also calling witnesses who may call his wife's character into question. Those witnesses are expected to testify that Stephanie Dunham had personal issues and that she was good at concealing her behaviors from her husband. They are expected to testify that she acted very differently around her husband than she did when she was alone with the children.
