Police Identify Teen Shot, Killed In Northwest OKC

Police have released the name of a 16-year-old boy who was gunned down Thursday night at an apartment complex near N.W. 23rd Street and N. Ann Arbor Avenue.

Police have released the name of a 16-year-old boy who was gunned down Thursday night at an apartment complex near N.W. 23rd Street and N. Ann Arbor Avenue.

Neighbors heard gunfire around 9:45 p.m. and called police. Officers arrived at Windsor Village Apartments and found Khaleeq Landon lying in the parking lot with a gunshot wound. The teen was rushed to Presbyterian Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Police say they're still trying to piece together what happened. Currently, there are no suspects.
