An Oklahoma City girl who is battling cancer is closing in on a monumental win Saturday night; beating the life threatening illness and stealing the city's heart in the process.
News 9 sat down with Lorelei Decker Saturday to talk about her treatment, Thunder basketball and the next chapter in her life, college.
We've been cheering on Team Lorelei since her high school soccer team wore green jerseys to support the 17 year old battling Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
Then, OKC Thunder team and fans cheered on "Coach Decker" and worked to have her make-a-wish dream come true this season at Chesapeake Arena. Saturday night, Decker finished chemo, putting a beat down on cancer.
"Today feels like a day of victory when I can celebrate and feel physically good and emotionally just so overwhelmed to have finished chemo," Decker said.

Decker is up and smiling just two days after her last chemo treatment.
"When you know you're winning and this is the last time that you have to go through that, that's really cool. [The treatment was] really hard, couldn't eat, weak tired heavy, but each day it gets better," Decker said.
And Decker isn't alone in her fight to beat cancer.
"I've always said it's really easy to feel alone in this kind of journey, but when you have the support from a city like OKC, you can't feel alone," said Decker.
And after coaching the Oklahoma City Thunder thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Thunder love and support for Team Lorelei didn't end at the buzzer. Even Thunder Coach Scott Brooks sports Lorelei's green bracelet at games and NBA superstar Kevin Durant just followed her on twitter.

"It's humbling to me, because I'm just a girl, but to them I guess I'm more than that. It's more than just publicity or more than just a story. It's real it's a friendship. It's so cool to me," said Decker.
Decker's gained a lot of friends and Thunder swag, but a ball she received from the team has dual meanings.
That's crazy, there's a tumor this big inside my chest, but I've overcome that," said Decker. The tumor is still there, but the cancer is dead."
Cancer doesn't have a chance against Lorelei Decker.
"I can push through. I'm just excited to continue my life. Whenever you're 17 and you're told you have cancer, your life is interrupted."
On Thursday Decker goes to the doctor to make sure the cancer is 100-percent gone. Then it's four weeks of radiation and off to school at Oklahoma State University in the fall.
Lorelei is the keynote speaker tonight at the Cowboy Museum for Make-A-Wish.
