OKC Police Identify Suspect, Victim In Deadly Target Shooting

Police have identified the gunman in the fatal shooting at a Target store in northwest Oklahoma City Friday afternoon as David Bloebaum.

Police say Bloebaum shot and killed Jasen Yousif in the parking lot of the Super Target near Penn and Memorial after the two got into some kind of argument.

Bloebaum is booked at the Oklahoma County Jail on a complaint of first-degree murder.

This isn't Bloebaum's first time in jail. In 2005 he was arrested for pointing a firearm.
