A 23-year-old Texas man was arrested on Sunday after a teenage girl reported being raped by her brother's friend.
Jeremy Montrelle Johnson, of Fort Worth, Texas, was booked into the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of first-degree rape of a minor. He is being held in lieu of $50,000 bond.
According to an arrest report, the 16-year-old victim told Broken Arrow police that she was on the couch in a residence when Johnson came over to her and forced himself on her.
The victim positively identified Johnson as her alleged rapist, and detectives processed the residence for evidence, an investigating officer wrote in the report.
