Police say a Chickasha man made death threats against a Grady County judge and three prosecutors.
Police arrested James Wilson Monday at his home. He was recently arrested for a DUI and according to police, he told someone close to him he was going to kill the three prosecutors working on this case, a Grady county judge, and any law enforcement agent that comes to his house.
Working on that tip, police surrounded Wilson's home Monday afternoon.
The Grady County Sheriff says they were able to take Wilson into custody without incident. But believe it could have gone the other way.
The night before, officers were at his house on a check the welfare call and Wilson's mother says Wilson was behind the front door with a gun.
Wilson is now facing one count of threatening a violent crime. He has a history of making threatening phone calls and spitting on a police.
