OKC Police: Woman Unresponsive After Huffing Duster, Arrested For Child Neglect

Some potpourri and a can of computer duster landed a metro woman in jail. Ashley O'Grady, 30, was arrested on several charges, including child abuse, child neglect and endangerment.

Police were called Monday morning after someone found O'Grady lying on the ground unresponsive on a parking lot in the 5900 block of South May.

Police say the person also found an infant child lying next to O'Grady.

The witness finally woke O'Grady up and asked if she was okay. O'Grady didn't answer and instead, put the computer duster can to her mouth and sucked the spray, before passing out again.

When police arrived, they also found "Pirate's Booty" potpourri in her pocket along with a pipe that was used to smoke it.

Paramedics transported the baby to the Children's Hospital, due to the baby's temperature from lying on the asphalt.
