Arrest Made In OKC Convenience Store Murder

Oklahoma City Police have arrested a suspect in the killing of convenience store clerk Habib Hajimirzaei.

A customer found Hajimirzaei, 62, dead on July 23 at Four Seasons Convenience Store at N.W. 63rd Street and Santa Fe. He'd been shot.

On Thursday, police revealed they arrested 28-year-old Michael Deveraux in the case. He's accused of first-degree murder and robbery with a firearm.
