Thunder's Nick Collison To Host Fashion Show For A Good Cause

Oklahoma City Thunder's Nick Collison will be hosting a runway fashion show this Saturday in Edmond. Organizers say the event will benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Oklahoma City.

The "Awaken" runway fashion show event will take place at Oak Tree Golf and Country Club at 6 p.m. on Saturday.

New York based fashion stylist, Courtney Ann, will bring a fashion show featuring many New York designers. Models will be brought in from New York and Los Angeles to represent the show.

Event organizers say their goal is to bring the modeling industry to Oklahoma City, and make aware of what possibilities high fashion, entertainment, and class the city has to offer.

Organizers say this runway event will benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Oklahoma City, as 30 percent of the proceeds will be donated to the cause.

Tickets are on sale until 11:50 p.m. Thursday.
