Former OK Doctor Arrested In Texas On Homicide, Drug Charges

A former metro doctor was arrested in Texas for warrants out of Oklahoma.

Police officers in Kilgore, Texas, arrested 71-year-old William Valuck Friday afternoon. Valuck had warrants out for nine counts of homicide and 43 counts of drug distribution.

Details of the warrants are unavailable at this time.

The former doctor was transported to the Rusk County Jail in Henderson, Texas. He is awaiting extradition to the Oklahoma County Jail.

A judge has denied bond for Valuck.

According to court documents, in 2002, Valuck was convicted of one count of wire fraud, two counts of theft of funds valued $5,000 or more in interstate commerce, and one count of money laundering.
