Four Charged In Death Of 1 Suspect's Dad, Brother in Lawton

Four suspects have been charged in connection with the killings of one of the suspect's father and brother.

The Lawton Constitution reports that 19-year-old Cody Davis, 19-year-old Ethan Thompson, 18-year-old Timothy Delahoy and 18-year-old Thorsten Rushing are accused of planning and perpetrating the shooting deaths of Rushing's father, 50-year-old Uwe Rushing, and brother, 14-year-old Stefan Rushing.

Thorsten Rushing and Thompson were each charged with one count of first-degree murder in the Jan. 20 deaths in Lawton. Delahoy and Davis were each charged with two counts of being an accessory to the killings.

Another suspect, a 17-year-old, is expected to be charged in the case on Friday.

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for April 9.
