Oklahoma County court records show the criminal felony charges against former Thunder guard DeAndre Liggins and his friend Marcus Rogers have been dismissed.

Both faced several charges including assault, domestic abuse and kidnapping for a 2013 incident involving Liggins' girlfriend.

Court records show the girlfriend told police Liggins pulled her out of bed by her hair, punched her a dozen times, stomped on her head and then threw an Xbox and a box fan at her head. When she tried to get away, Rogers allegedly held her against her will.

All felony charges were dismissed in court Wednesday morning. Liggins will face a misdemeanor charge for domestic abuse only.

Oklahoma District Attorney David Prater told News 9 that the DA's office plans to re-file charges, because the victim in the case fled the state. Prater said the victim has changed her story about what happened and won't cooperate with prosecution on the felony case.
