Suspects Sought After Fatal Shooting In Tecumseh

Authorities are looking for two suspects after a shooting in the small town of Tecumseh, Okla., near Shawnee, that left three people injured Saturday evening.

Authorities are looking for two suspects after a fatal shooting in the small town of Tecumseh, Okla., near Shawnee, Saturday evening.

The shooting happened at a home located at 22565 Gaddy Rd. in Tecumseh.

The Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office is looking for Philip Pitts and Justin Moore. They say the suspects fled the scene in a dark-colored 2008 GMC Sierra pickup. Deputies say the truck has 20" Rock Star rims and a PBR sticker.

According to the sheriff's office, three people, one man and two women, were shot in their car while pulling out of the driveway of the home. The male victim was flown by medical helicopter to OU Medical Center in critical condition.

One of the female victims was taken by ambulance to a Shawnee hospital in critical condition where she later died from her injuries. The third victim only suffered a small flash wound. She was treated at the scene.

None of the victims have been identified. Deputies are still on the lookout for the suspects. The cause of the shooting is under investigation.

Both Pitts and Moore are considered armed and dangerous. If you have any information regarding their whereabouts, call 911 immediately.
