Police: Man Accidentally Shoots Friend In MWC

Emergency crews responded to a shooting Wednesday afternoon in Midwest City after police say a man accidentally shot his friend.

According to Midwest City police, two men were heading to the gun range, and one of the men was demonstrating how to take the gun apart. Police say the man didn't known there was a round in the chamber, and he accidentally shot his friend in the leg.

The men's identities have not been released, and officials say the injury is not life-threatening.
