A Capitol Hill high school teacher, accused of having an inappropriate relationship with two male students, is no longer an employee of the Oklahoma City Public Schools District.

Callie Miller was an English teacher at Capitol Hills High School for a year and a half. She was suspended after being accused of having an inappropriate relationship with two male students.

Oklahoma City police’s sex crime unit responded to the report of the assault on December 5, 2013. A search warrant said the teacher taught both boys at Capitol Hill High School and she started contacting them both in August, 2013.

OKCPS officials released a statement on Friday, August 1, 2014, and said that during the investigation, Miller was placed on paid administrative leave from December 2013 to May 2014. Officials said Miller has separated from the district in May, 2014, and is no longer an OKCPS employee.

Police have presented charges against Miller to the District Attorney’ office. The DA’s office said it has accepted those charges and they should be filed within days.
