A Cyril woman is facing child sex charges after allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old boy on Monday.
Cyril Police arrested 31-year-old Robbie Capshew Monday night after the boy's mother called them to report the crime.
The mother told police that she was headed to her mother's house. She said when she got there the door was unlocked, as she started to go inside she saw her son trying to leave and she saw Capshew coming out of the bathroom.
The mother felt something wasn't right and later questioned her son. She told him there was a camera in the home and that if he didn't her the truth, she was going to watch it and find out anyway. It was then the boy confessed to having sex with Capshew.
The mother then called police who interviewed the boy. The boy said that at around 8 p.m. he and Capshew were at the home when Capshew told the boy to come into the bedroom. While in the bedroom, Capshew asked the boy to perform a sex act on her and he complied.
The boy said he left after that to go to his house and get a beverage, but he told police he returned around 8:40 p.m. When he got back he said Capshew called him into the bedroom again. He followed her into the bedroom and said she pulled her pants down and told him to do the same. He said the two began to have sex, but during the encounter said “I can't do this” and stopped. The boy told police that his mother arrived soon after that and almost caught the two in the act.
After speaking with the boy and his mother, police went to Capshew's residence and placed her under arrest on one count of First-Degree rape and one count of Lewd Molestation. She did not wish to speak with police about the alleged incident and officers transported her to the Caddo County Jail.
