A family member of the three victims in a triple homicide in Duncan is in police custody on an unrelated matter, according to OK Vine. OK Vine is a service provided by the Attorney General's Office to allow victims to track the custody status of inmates in Oklahoma.
Online court documents show Alan Hruby entered a guilty plea for taking the credit card of another back in January of this year.
Then, a judge put him in a delayed sentencing program for young adults.
The OK Vine link confirms he is back in custody related to the felony credit card case.
Hruby's father, mother and sister were found dead at their home in Duncan on Monday.
