Authorities Arrest Suspect In NW OKC Deadly Shooting

Authorities arrested the suspect in a deadly shooting that killed a woman in NW Oklahoma City Friday.

Oklahoma City police said Darren Gouge, 26, was arrested after the homicide after 911 callers reported seeing him attempt to get into multiple cars in a parking lot.

Authorities responded to the burglary reports Friday night and determined Gouge was their suspect in the homicide earlier that day. The shooting happened at 1517 N. Miller Avenue. Authorities believe the man entered a home and shot a woman.

Gouge was booked on one count of murder. Oklahoma City police said they plan to release more information about the case on Monday.
