Sand Springs Police officers are looking for two women pepper sprayed employees while trying to steal about $700 worth of Disney Frozen toys from Walmart early Monday.

Police said the two attempted to leave the store on Highway 97 with two shopping carts full of items they hadn't paid for at about 1:30 a.m. When three employees confronted them one woman sprayed the employees with pepper spray.

Officers said the two women left the carts behind and got into a dark-colored PT Cruiser and drove away.

Police said employees described the women as African-American, about five feet tall and heavy set. One had a short hair cut with a heart shape shaved into it.

EMSA paramedics treated the three employees at the scene.
