US Marshals arrested the Pottawatomie County Sheriff office's number one fugitive in Arizona this week, after being on the lam for over two years.

Marshals arrested 40-year-old Joseph Sutton in Wilcox, Ariz. on Wednesday morning. Sutton was originally sentenced to 10 years in prison on a charge of Lewd Acts with a Child out of Grady County.

A warrant for failure to register as a sex offender was issued for Sutton in 2012 and again in 2014.

Sutton is currently behind bars in Arizona, but he is expected to be extradited back to Oklahoma soon.
