The OKC National Memorial opened on the five year anniversary of the attack. The museum opened a year later.
For the past 15 years, both have honored those killed, those who survived and those changed forever. And now, there are even more exhibits to educate those who visit every day.
One year ago today, construction started on the re-design of the Museum.
The museum features 35 new exhibits, most of them interactive. Designers said it will help teach the younger generation something about themselves.
Designers are also using new media to help educate younger people who may not have even been alive in 1995.
And all though the museum may have a new look. It still sends the same message it always has, “Hope, Recovery, and Rebirth”.
Now, Android users can download an app from the Google store. An apple version is coming soon.
