OCPD: Victim Of Attempted Robbery Shoots And Kills Suspect In NW OKC

Authorities responded to the report of a homicide at N.W. 63rd Street and Santa Fe Avenue Friday evening.

Authorities responded to the report of a homicide at N.W. 63rd Street and Santa Fe Avenue Friday around 8 p.m.

Authorities said the victim was actually the suspect in this case. A man was leaving a store and getting into his car when another man attempted to rob him. Police said the man has a conceal and carry permit and shot the robber, fatally.

The shooter is still on scene cooperating with investigators. At this time, police have not made any arrests.

This happened at the same convenience store, Four Seasons Gas and Food, where a beloved store clerk was gunned gown in July 2013.
