Distraught Family Searches For Missing Metro Woman

A distraught Oklahoma City family reached out to News 9 for help finding their loved one. Trang Tran, 32, has been missing since April 5. The Del City High School and UCO graduate disappeared after going shopping with her mother at a Midwest City department store. 

Police found Tran's car parked in her apartment complex's parking lot, but her family said the car was not parked in her normal spot. Her family is also concerned because it did not appear that she packed any bags for a trip. 

Tran's Aunt Myanh Samuels flew in from her home in Las Vegas on Saturday to support the family. “From the bottom of my stomach I am worried,” she said. Tran's older brother 

Thomas said his sister was very quiet, and an introvert. But he said none of this makes sense. “Do you feel like something terrible has happened,” News 9's Steve Shaw asked him Monday. “Yeah deep down inside I do,” he said.
