Man Killed In Industrial Accident In OKC

A man was killed in an industrial accident at an Oklahoma City business early Friday morning.

According to Oklahoma City police, at about 5:30 a.m., officers responded to the report of an industrial accident involving an employee at Quad Graphics, located at 6801 S. Sunnylane.

When rescue crews arrived, they located an adult male trapped under a piece of machinery. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The name of the victim will not be released until next of kin notifications can be made, police said.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation. However, officers said they have located no signs of foul play at this time. 

The state Medical Examiner and O.S.H.A. officials have been notified.
