A small town is rocked by the shooting deaths of two people. It happened on East McCall Street in Gracemont, Oklahoma.
A 911 call was placed some time before 10 p.m. Wednesday, according to Caddo County Undersheriff Lennis Miller.
"The person that called in to 911 made a statement on the phone that may indicate he might be the person who shot them. As far as I know I haven't heard the recording yet, but as far as I know, he didn't give any information about why or anything we're just in the early stages of investigation," Miller said.
News 9 learned an argument was happening between two people outside the home and that someone came out to break up the fight, but ended up firing shots.
The Undersheriff said the person in custody lives in the front part of the lot and they do believe that is the person who shot the two victims. It’s unclear if he is related to the victims.
A motive has not been determined and names of the victims haven't been released.
