Thirteen women testified against him over the last five weeks, saying the former Oklahoma City Police officer sexually assaulted them while he was on duty between December, 2013 and June, 2014.
Even more damaging evidence was presented on Wednesday by a forensic analyst who said she found DNA evidence on the officer's police uniform matching at least two of the accusers.
When the analyst was cross-examined by Holtzclaw's attorney, she admitted it was possible DNA could have come from secondary contact and that none of the DNA collected matched the profiles of other alleged victims.
Meanwhile the only witness the defense brought to the witness stand was Holtzclaw's former girlfriend who had to reveal intimate details about their relationship. And it was during her testimony that Holtzclaw broke down, the only time that he's shown emotion in court.
Again, we expect both sides to present closing arguments and the jury could deliberate as soon as Monday afternoon.
