Warriors-Thunder Matchup A Week Away, Curry Predicts Win

The type of run the Warriors have had this season has grabbed the attention of many throughout the basketball world, and there are plenty of people searching for a team that can finally take down the Goliath of the NBA.

Golden State is 43-4 on the season and is terrorizing almost any opponent they come across. Steph Curry and company aren’t dominating many cupcakes either, with wins over the Mavericks, Spurs, Pacers, Bulls and Cavaliers in consecutive games over the last couple of weeks.

That pure domination is becoming intimidating, but a team like the Thunder isn’t going to shy away from that matchup, especially since OKC has been at the Western Conference Mountain in the not so distant past.

Just one day before the biggest football Sunday of the year (Super Bowl), the Warriors and Thunder will square off for the first time this season. It’s known throughout most of the sporting world that Curry is a huge Carolina Panthers fan, and he made a remark earlier in the week that not only will his Panthers win over the Broncos, but he made a guarantee the Warriors would top OKC.
