Police in Norman say they're looking for a killer, and they need the public's help to nab him.

The suspect is 18-year-old Tevin Kyreece Martin Hicks.

Police said Martin Hicks and two accomplices, 19-year-old Anthony Mundell and 17-year-old Mathias Orapeza, opened fire at the Summerfield Village Apartments last December, killing 41-year-old Kenneth Keeling.

Police do not think Keeling was the intended target. They said he was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Mundell and Orapeza were picked up this week and charged with murder.

Martin Hicks is still on the loose, though.

Police said he hangs out mostly in Norman but also has connections in Oklahoma City.

Anyone with information about Martin Hicks or his whereabouts is asked to call Norman police at (405) 321-1600.
