Despite High Fire Danger, No Burn Bans Issued For Oklahoma

There isn't a single burn ban in effect in the state and News 9 wanted to know why.

Burn bans come in two forms: From the governor or from the county. But we don't meet some of the criteria. At least one expert thinks we need to take a second look and update those standards to keep us safe.
