Oklahoma firefighters are battling multiple grass fires across the state on Thursday.
Crews responded to a large grass fire that flared up just southwest of the town of Minco, Okla., in Grady County, Thursday afternoon.
Firefighters were called out to the scene near Clayton Rd. and State Highway 81. Several fire departments have been called in to battle the blaze.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
Another grass fire is reported at 6000 N.W. 151st in Oklahoma City.
Crews are also responding to an outbuilding fire that has sparked a grass fire near N.E. 59th and Kelly.
Crews were called to the area of SE 149th and Harrah in Cleveland County in response to a grass fire. Several crews were called in to help get the burn under control due to hoses not being able to reach the forest-like area.
At 5:00 p.m. a grass fire began burning alongside the road at NW 164th and County Line.
