Authorities Arrest 3 Of 4 Suspects Connected To Death Of Alecia Payne

Authorities have now arrested three of the four suspects wanted in connection to the death of Alecia Payne, the woman whose body was found in Nicoma Park in late March.

US Marshals arrested 40-year-old Michael Lee Brown early Wednesday afternoon. He was the third arrest made in this case. Oklahoma County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 19-year-old Shyann Lowery late Tuesday night.

A third suspect, 30-year-old Melissa Evans, was already in custody at the Tulsa County Jail at the time the warrants were issued on Tuesday.

The fourth suspect, 39-year-old Jeremy Steelman remains at large.
