The Oklahoman announced the elimination of 130 full-time and part-time jobs as part of a plan to outsource printing and packaging operations.
The operations will be handed to the Tulsa World beginning in September, the paper announced Wednesday evening. In addition to the change in production operations, a total of 65 full-time and 65 part-time employees will also be terminated.
The Oklahoman's printing operations were located in the American Fidelity building, located in the 9000 block of the Broadway Extension.
