The death penalty phase in the trial against two men accused of killing four people including a woman featured on HBO's "Cathouse" began Thursday morning.
The judge read the death penalty instructions to the jury in the trial against Denny Phillips and Russell Hogshooter.
Prosecutors told the jury about Phillips and Hogshooter's past criminal histories.
The jury was also shown a picture of one of the victim's unborn babies. Many family members became so upset, they had to leave the courtroom after seeing the photo.
Shortly after the lunch break ended, the judge announced a juror had been removed from the rest of the proceedings.
