Three Suspects Arrested Following Carjacking, Chase In SW OKC

Police say three people have been arrested after an overnight pursuit through SW OKC.

Officers say it all started when the suspects held a man at gunpoint and stole his truck near Southwest 49th and Douglas a little after 2 a.m. Saturday.

About 30 minutes later, police found the suspects inside the stolen truck a few miles down the road. That's when the chase began.

News 9 cameras were rolling when police say the suspects hopped out and took off on foot near Southwest 45th and McKinley.

All three were eventually captured and taken into custody.

Names of those arrested have not been released at this time.
