A new attraction is opening along the river on Monday, just in time for your Fourth of July.
The Ferris wheel used to sit on the Santa Monica Pier. But it was purchased off eBay for $132,000. It is ready for visitors in Oklahoma City on Monday.
Wheeler District officials said riders will be taken more than 100 feet high above the city when it opens at 11 a.m. The Ferris wheel was refurbished and has 20 gondolas, enough to take 300 people at a time.
Wheeler Park is right by the boat houses and the Riversport Rapids. It will be open until 9 p.m.
The cost for a single ride is $6. But you can buy a day pass for $10.
