OKC Police Arrest Man Accused Of Shooting Woman

Oklahoma City Police arrested a man they say shot a woman in the head as she was driving early Tuesday morning.

Police say briefly after midnight near Interstate 240 and Western, 32-year-old Rufus Nelson shot his girlfriend.  Officers say Nelson’s girlfriend managed to pull over and was bleeding heavily.

Nelson’s girlfriend was treated and is in stable condition.
