Bicyclist Struck By Hit-And-Run Driver In SW OKC

Emergency crews are responding to the scene of a hit-and-run crash involving a bicyclist on the southwest side of the metro.

First responders were called out to the crash near SW 23rd St. and S. Penn. Ave.  

Authorities have not identified the victim, other than to say he is a white male. That person was transported from the scene in critical condition. Police say the suspect's vehicle is a white Chevy pickup with a black tailgate.

Penn. Ave. is shut down in both directions while crews work the scene.
