A magnitude 4.5 earthquake shook north-central Oklahoma.

The quake happened at about 11:30 Tuesday night. The U.S. Geological Survey reports the epicenter was about halfway between Pawnee and Cleveland.

Pawnee Police say damage reports are minimal.

The USGS originally estimated the earthquake at magnitude 4.1. A magnitude 3.3 quake was recorded Saturday near Pawnee.

This 4.5 is the strongest since the 5.8 magnitude that occurred near Pawnee in early September and the second strongest in the last eight months.

Coincidentally, there will be a forum held at the State Capitol today "to hear from Oklahomans who have experienced property damage from earthquakes, and to discuss oilfield wastewater recycling."

It is scheduled for 11 a.m., today in the Broadcast Press Room, 432-B.

It's the third earthquake over 3.0 to hit Tuesday.
