Update: Mixon Files Response, Claims Molitor 'Repeatedly Instigated Hostile Conversations'

An update in the ongoing civil case between Amelia Molitor and Oklahoma running back Joe Mixon surfaced Wednesday.

Attorney's for Mixon wrote a response to Molitor's final claim of intentional infliction and emotional distress. 

The attorneys wrote that Molitor repeatedly instigated hostile conversations with Mixon.

A conference in the civil case is scheduled for February 7.
