New Documents Detail Lead Up To Mixon's Punch

We have new documents filed in the United States District Court case against OU football player Joe Mixon.

In the statement are some interesting details about what happened before he punched Amelia Molitor in the face. In the document Mixon's attorney says Amelia Molitor instigated hostile conversations.

The document goes on to state that Mixon claims he heard Molitor and her group use racial slurs that were directed towards him. According to Mixon's account in the document, Molitor lunged at him as he was trying to leave the café.

She claims that was in self-defense. The case will now be held in the western Oklahoma district courts.
