Guiltless Greek Chicken Sandwich
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Juice of one lemon
- Flatbread or lavash
- Hummus
- Tzatki sauce
- Feta cheese
- In a large Ziploc bag add the chicken tenders, olive oil, garlic, oregano and lemon.
- Place in the refrigerator to sit for at least 1 hour to overnight.
- To make the sandwich: Grill or brown the chicken. Spread 2 tablespoons hummus on the lavash, place fresh spinach over the hummus.
- Add 2 pieces of chicken to the center as well as tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese and roll up like a wrap. Cut in half.
- Serve with tzatki sauce!
