Oklahoma Senator Charged With Sexual Battery

An Oklahoma Senator was charged with one count of sexual battery on Wednesday, the District Attorney’s office confirms.

Sen. Bryce Marlatt, R-Woodward, is accused of grabbing and kissing an Uber driver, back in late June. The alleged assault was reported to Oklahoma City police on June 28, but happened two days earlier.
