Woman's Body Discovered In Field In Far NE OKC

A body was reportedly discovered in a field on the far northeast side of the metro, just to the southwest of Jones, Oklahoma, Wednesday afternoon.

Authorities were called out to the scene along Oak Avenue, near the intersection of NE 78^th Street and N. Anderson Road, where a woman’s body was reported to have been found. Investigators say they were led to the discovery by an anonymous tip.

So far the victim has not been identified and a cause of death has not been determined.
