Two men are still missing after an incident that resulted in shots being fired near a Moore grocery store at NE 12th and Eastern Saturday afternoon.

“We believe it was possibly a Craigslist exchange,” Moore Police Sgt. Jeremy Lewis said about information given to investigators. “Witnesses heard a gunshot, saw someone possibly being pulled into a white minivan and driving away with the doors still open.”

Police said they found a firearm and a bloody shoe at the scene. Alize Smith, 21, and Jarron Moreland, 21 remain missing.

“We don’t care what happened,” said Smith’s Aunt, Raquel Hall. “We just want him home. We really do.”

Hall said the whole family is hurting over this – especially Smith’s mother.

“She’s distraught. She can’t eat. She can’t sleep,” Hall told News 9. “She wants him to walk through that door so she can hug him and kiss him and she can’t do any of that.”

They're hoping anyone with information will come forward right away to help police bring him home.
