Police: 1 Dead Following Friday Night Shooting In El Reno

One person has died following a shooting in El Reno Friday night, police confirmed.

According to reports, El Reno Police responded to a shooting at Ruddie’s Quick-Stop in the 1500 block of W. Elm Street just before 7 p.m Friday.

When officers arrived, they located one male victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The victim was treated at the scene and taken to a local hospital where he later died.  

The suspect has been identified as Zachary Khea Huber, 25. Officers arrested Huber at a local residence shortly after midnight Saturday.

The victim has not been identified at this time.
